New Servicing Guidelines:
On May 1, 2013 the Department of Treasury launches the MHA Outreach and Intake Project for homeowners who are potentially eligible for the Home Affordable Modification Program® (HAMP). This project leverages both the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling (NFMC) Program as well as the web-based technology infrastructure of Hope LoanPort (HLP). HLP is proud to be a part of this program, and to help it reach eligible homeowners, system functionality to support the MHA project will be built to correspond with the project’s launch date.
